What's the latest movie you watched?

John Carter...! How about u guys?
I'm sad to admit this but the last time I was in a movie theatre was in (maybe) 2009. That will change on 4/27 when The Raven comes out. I bow down to Poe, I really hope they do well with this (and that I can still manage to get to sleep that night lol)

How was John Carter?

I love that movie....It's awesome...haha...wow...its really a long time...I don't know how u manage to live like this....lol...all the best with 'the raven'....don't miss it...hehe...:D
I love movies. Raising Arizona, Oh brother where art thou, the big labowski, fifth element, man on fire are some of the ones I like.
Just watched a movie on television with Robert Carlye. It was a movie about him being a widower and dealing with grief. Marisa Tomei was in it. She is beautiful... and a good actor.
Not a chick flick :D but not action either. Just a good nice story. John Goodman was in there as well.
I rented the new version of the Thing the other day. It was the set up to John Carpenters the Thing. The movie was really scratched so it was not good to watch and that kind of ruined it for us.
For blockbusters, I liked Mission Impossible and the new Sherlocke Holmes movies.
Oh! Sweet! I've been wanting to see John Carter, it looks super cool.

Last movie I saw was a Hindi movie called Pardes.

Watched APOCALYPTO and THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST back-to-back yesterday as I hadn't seen either one of them in years and the movies just popped into my head when somebody asked me by email the other day what was the most violent movie I'd ever seen. I sat down to watch them to see if they were as violent as I remember. They were.

Sounds great!!
I went to see the movie the cold light of day last night. It wasn't a great film. It was very predictable and the camera work was very messy. But I still enjoyed it cause I found it funny rather than dramatic.
THE CABIN IN THE WOODS. A movie that you should definitely avoid reading reviews of until you've seen it. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it since I'm hard on horror movies and find 90% of them downright ignorant. But THE CABIN IN THE WOODS managed to be both original and didn't insult my intelligence. Like Don Coscarelli's classic "Phantasm" an intriguing blend of horror and science fiction.
